Who we are

Flaro is photo booth software for rental companies, made in Estonia. Contact: hello@flarobooth.com.

What we store

For our customers (photo booth operators): company name, country, e-mail, a password hash, the booths you activate and your events. For guests at events: the photos taken at the booth, uploaded to the event gallery, and an e-mail address only if the guest asks to receive a photo by e-mail.

Where

Data of customers in Europe is stored in the European Union (Cloudflare, EU jurisdiction). Data of customers in the United States is stored in the United States.

How long

Event galleries are kept for 6 months, then deleted. Photos deleted by the operator are removed for good after 30 days. A closed account is deleted after 30 days.

Guests

The operator who ran the booth at your event decides about the gallery. To have a photo removed, use “Request removal” in the gallery or contact the operator; you can also write to hello@flarobooth.com.

Cookies

The website uses no tracking cookies. The dashboard and galleries use only the cookies needed to sign in and to open a password-protected gallery.
